Cancellation conditions
Cancellation by Karsdorfer Hof 1 If the accommodation contract stipulates a deposit and this deposit is not paid by the contracting party within the stipulated period, we are entitled to withdraw from the accommodation contract without delay. 2 If you do not arrive by 6 p.m. on the agreed day of arrival, there is no obligation to allow the guest to stay, unless a later arrival time has been agreed. 3 If a deposit has been paid, the rooms will remain reserved for the guest until 12.00 noon on the day following the agreed day of arrival. If a deposit has been paid for more than four days, the obligation to let you stay ends from 18.00 hours on the fourth day, whereby the day of arrival is counted as the first day, unless a later day of arrival has been agreed with you. 4 We are entitled to cancel the accommodation contract for objectively justified reasons by means of a unilateral declaration at the latest 3 months before the agreed date of arrival, unless something else has been agreed.
Cancellation by you
You are authorized to cancel the accommodation contract by unilateral declaration up to 1 month before the agreed date of arrival without having to pay cancellation fees. 2 Outside the period of 1 month, withdrawal by unilateral declaration on your part is possible only on condition that the following cancellation fees are paid:
-Within1 month before the day of arrival: 40% of the total agreed price;
-up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70% of the total agreed price;
-during the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total agreed price.
We advise you to take out a (continuous) travel and cancellation insurance with your insurer or bank.
